Is there a minimum order?
Share your team size in the quote request. Minimum quantities depend on the chosen products and customization method and will be confirmed before you commit.
How far ahead should we plan?
Contact us as soon as your milestone date is known. Sampling, artwork approval, production and shipping all affect timing. A requested date is not a delivery guarantee; the schedule is confirmed with your quote.
Can we use our project name and logo?
Yes, include your personalization needs in the brief. You must have permission to use supplied logos and artwork. We’ll agree the final design proof before production.
How much does a kit cost?
Pricing depends on items, quantity, customization, packaging and destination. Your quote should separate those costs so you can approve the complete scope.
Is this safety equipment?
These concepts are recognition merchandise. They are not presented as certified PPE or a substitute for required site safety equipment.
