Project inquiries

When you request a quote, we use your name, email, company, team size, milestone, optional event date and project brief to assess and respond to your inquiry. A request does not place an order or subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Where your inquiry goes

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the form and its email delivery. Inquiries are sent to the BuildHonors owner's Gmail inbox, where Google processes and stores the email. These providers operate internationally; processing may occur outside your country. The website does not maintain a separate customer database.

Security and cookies

The form uses a security cookie that expires after one hour. A keyed identifier derived from your IP address helps limit repeated submissions; the raw IP address is not included in the inquiry email. Cloudflare may process network metadata and operational logs for hosting, security and diagnostics. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Applicable rights depend on your location. Inquiry correspondence is used to handle your request and any resulting project; you may ask us to remove it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
