The website presents merchandise concepts and accepts project inquiries. It does not take payments or conclude orders.

Quotes and approvals

A quote request is not an order. Final items, materials, decoration, quantities, pricing, taxes, shipping, proof approval and production schedule must be agreed in writing before payment and production.

Artwork and samples

Concept images are illustrative. Final appearance is determined by approved specifications and samples. Customers must have rights to supplied artwork and logos.

Timing and remedies

Requested dates are subject to feasibility confirmation. Cancellation, returns, defects, delivery remedies, jurisdiction and the contracting business identity must be included in the final order terms. No certified PPE claim is made for recognition merchandise.
